Once a BwP post is a few days old I usually don't get comments on it, but today was different and I want to call attention.
Almost a year ago I wrote a post here concerning Greek divinities. I wrote how the amoral, demanding, often random and terrorizing behavior of these beings in myth mirrors that of clinical narcissists.
Now a reader who has personal experience with being married to a narcissist for a long time confirms that her husband's behavior was very much divinity-like-- as she puts it, he created a false self or idol that he compelled his family to worship.
